How to Create Void Reason / Remark in eZee Frontdesk

BeginnerSolution:
Please follow below steps along with given screenshot.
Step 1. Open / Login to eZee Frontdesk Configuration
Step 2. Navigate to Miscellaneous
Step 3. Click on Reason / Remark
Step 4. Click on New Button
Step 5. Select the Category Type
Step 6. Input the Void Reason / Remark. eg Wrong Data Entry, Wrong Post, Cancelled Booking, etc.
Step 7. Save
