Steps to Terminate an Employee Without Approval Flow

Step 1: Login to Aruti

  1. Navigate to the Employee Master section as shown in the screenshot below:

Step 2: Access Operations

  1. Go to Operations.
  2. Click on the downward-pointed icon as shown in the screenshot below:

Step 3: Navigate to Employee Termination

  1. Select Employee Movement.
  2. Click Termination, as shown in the image below:

Step 4: Fill Termination Details

  1. Select the employee to be terminated.
  2. Enter the following details:
  3. Effective Date: The date termination takes effect.
  4. EOC (End of Contract) Date: The contract’s official end date.
  5. Leaving Date: The actual date the employee leaves.
  6. Reason: Specify the reason for termination.

Important Notes

Case A: Default Payroll Inclusion

  1. By default, a terminated employee will remain part of the payroll for the pay period that includes their termination date.
  2. For subsequent pay periods, the employee will be excluded from payroll processing.

Case B: Exclude from Current Payroll

  1. If you want to exclude the employee from payroll during the current pay period:
  2. Tick the option Exclude from Payroll before finalizing the termination.

This process ensures that termination records are finalized immediately without requiring additional approval flows.
