eZeeQuickBooks Multicurrency Integration

Configuration Steps:

1. Setup cash/bank accounts in QB with their corresponding foreign currency
2. Setup settlement types captions in order of multi currency (eg. Cash USD, Cash euro)
3. Enable multi currency from eZeeQB configuration ---> currency
4. Map payments from eZee configuration for frontdesk, POS, Receipts
5. From the integration homescreen, map the currency symbols to the QuickBooks currency symbols
