The Query Processor Run out of Internal Memory Resources and could not produce a query plan

Cause:

This happened because there were too many trans. heads in the pending list to be approved.

Solution:

To avoid this, user must approve per category eg: if Employees in the system are 100, they can approve first 50 then the next 50 after or by trans. type.
