How to display rate and value/amount of store items during requisition.

please follow the step by step procedure carefully

1. Navigate and click on the settings "three circle dot column after the user".
2. choose option from the drop down menu
3. Select other/ftp from the dialog box displayed
4. Scroll to indent from section displayed dialog box 
5. Check mark the indent: Display Rate and Amount
6. Click on Save
