Purpose

To correctly pick items from the warehouse and update stock quantities.

Step 1: Create a Pick List

  1. Go to Stock → Pick List
  2. Click New
  3. Select a reference document (Sales Order or Material Request)
  4. System auto-fetches items
  5. Save

Step 2: Pick Items

  1. Open the Pick List
  2. Confirm picked quantities
  3. Enter serial or batch numbers if required

Step 3: Create Stock Entry

  1. From the Pick List, click Create → Stock Entry
  2. Verify items and quantities
  3. Submit the Stock Entry
