How to Access the Report

1. Go to Stock → Reports
2. Search for Item Balance Quantity Report
3. Select the required filters:
4. Company
5. Item
6. Warehouse
7. Click Refresh/Reload

When to Use This Report

1. Daily stock checks
2. Sales and dispatch verification
3. Inventory reconciliation
