Purpose

To automate recurring billing for customers.

Step 1: Create a Subscription Plan

  1. Go to Selling → Subscription Plan
  2. Click New
  3. Enter:
  4. Plan Name
  5. Billing Interval
  6. Billing Interval Count
  7. Add Item, Rate, and Currency
  8. Save

Step 2: Create a Subscription

  1. Go to Selling → Subscription
  2. Click New
  3. Select Customer
  4. Choose the Subscription Plan
  5. Set Start Date and Company
  6. Save and Submit

NOTE!: Ensure the customer or supplier billing currency is the same as that of the subscription plan.
