JOB SUMMARY

Powersoft System is hiring a dynamic Inbound Telemarketer to focus on cold calling and lead generation. The ideal candidate will proactively contact potential clients, introduce our software solutions, and nurture leads for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Powersoft System’s software solutions.
2. Build rapport with potential customers and identify their business needs.
3. Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and value propositions.
4. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team, ensuring detailed and accurate information is captured in the CRM system.
5. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
6. Maintain a high volume of daily calls while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
7. Stay informed about Powersoft System’s products, services, and industry trends to address customer inquiries confidently.
8. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer insights and potential areas for improvement.
9. Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a related role.
2. Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills.
3. Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure in a target-driven environment.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
6. Prior experience in software solutions or SaaS sales is a plus.
